GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • We sell wholesale only!
  • You must provide us with a copy of your state sales tax number or tax exempt number to purchase.
  • Minimum order is $350.00
  • All items are sold in full case packs or when available, inner case packs. We do not break case or inner case to repackage in smaller quantities. There are absolutely NO exceptions.
  • Prices, case pack/inner packs, colors and sizes are subject to change without notice.
  • Quantities are limited to stock on hand.
  • Telstar Products does not guarantee sales.
  • Telstar Products makes every attempt to present and describe our products as accurately as possible, however, typographical errors may occur. Telstar Products reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors inaccuracies and ommision after orders have been submitted: regardless of if the order has or has not been confirmed.

TELSTAR PAYMENT TERMS

  • Unless otherwise arranged  in advance, all sales are cash on Delivery(C.O.D).
  • We accept the following credit cards: VISA, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. A credit card authorization from must be completed and signed by customer and faxed to our office for processing and approval before shipping your order.
  • A $50 fee will be charged for returned checks.

TELSTAR PRODUCTS SHIPPING POLICY

  • Telstar Products will deliver orders free of charge to customers located in the five boroughs of New York City, Long Island, Westchester and North/Central New Jersey by company owned trucks provided you meet an $800 minimum order
  • Those customers outside of these areas seeking prepaid freight must meet a $1500 minumum order in New England, Northeast, Midwest, MidAtlantic and Southeast regions. For further information on prepaid freight policies, please speak to your Telstar Products Salesperson or call customer service.
  • We always welcome walk-in orders, but please call to make an appointment first. Customers placing  and picking up orders the same day must allow us a reasonable amount of time to do so depending on the size of you order. At times, we may not be able to allow you to pick up your order the same day. This will be determined by our workload in the warehouse.
  • Our office and showroom are closed on a Saturday and Sunday.

RETURN POLICY AND PROCEDURES

  • All merchandise returned must have prior written authorization by Telstar Products salesperson or from a customer service representative.
  • Telstar Products reserves the right to charge a 15% restocking fee on any pulled order that is cancelled or refused.
  • Claim form for shortages or damages must be submitted by you Telstar Products salesperson or to customer service within 48 hours of receiving order.
  • Customer is responsible for inspecting and counting the merchandise at the time of delivery. Any physical damage or discrepancies to the product must be noted on the drivers receipt at the time of delivery.

BACKORDERS

  • Telstar Products prides itself in keeping sufficient quantities of every item in stock. However, due to unpredictable order patterns we may run our of some items from time to time. The Telstar Products salesperson or customer service representive may notify you of any back order and give you the option to substitute items (in which case customers must submit a written request of changes before processing the order).
  • In cases where no substitution is available and you have already paid for the order in full, we offer two options: (A) inform you sales representative and ask for credit in the amount of the back order(s) with Telstar Products merchandise, which will be credited toward you next order (B)ask your sales representative for a full reimbursement of the amount of the back order(s).
